What will I look like when I'm 100 years old?

The Primary children were partnered with a student
from Mrs. Boltz'  and Mrs. Bloom's class.

Listening to a story about 100's day.

One hundred gum balls in our gum ball machines.

Look how big a tower is of 100 cups

How many licks?.....One, Two, Three....

What will we look like all wrinkly and gray.

How high or long are 100 linking cubes?

Necklaces of 100 beads.  We counted and grouped them by 10's to make it easier.

The 100 snack was delicious!

A fun day filled with 100 smiles and laughs.

Hula Hoop Mania!

In P.E. Class we learned to shake our hips to build our core muscles.
The 5th and 6th grade students were so inspired they set up a hula hoop contest.
Check out the winners at the end.

Practicing Moves!

How long can you hula hoop on your waist?

Check out twirling a hoop around the neck.

Look I learned the Lasso arm move.

Check out this hula hoop spin and run through.

Right Arm, Left Arm...Look we can hoop on our arms.

Let's skip, jump and step

Round and Round it goes,
when it stops nobody knows.

Jump roping with a hula hoop is fun.

How many hoops can you use at one time?

Hooping with one leg takes lots of balance.

How many hoops can you keep spinning round and round?

Even teachers join in the fun and exercise.

The Primary students partnered with the Intermediate class to practice skills.
